Live coverage
“Scanned” includes every permit record monitored. Trade counts are the subset pre-matched to a supported trade; classification and subscriber matching happen afterward. Phoenix By city uses the 12 city-proper pilot ZIPs (same predicate as coverage chips): 357 mapped permits — city ingest 1,000 includes ~643 outside the v1 allowlist, not on chips / not sellable as those ZIPs. ZIP chip counts are all-trades scanned, not remodel leads (starter ZIPs 85016/85018/85020/85021: 160 all-trades; remodel-classified ~32).

Recent classified high-value permits
Contractor-scale examples across our markets, with a preference for typical job sizes when declared valuation is published (LA often omits it). Civic megas and demolition/new-construction outliers are filtered out. “Classified” does not mean the project is uncontracted or guarantee a sale; confirm status with the issuing city before outreach.
